They BOTH look so incredibly seazoid in that first pic. Don't you wonder what Amber just said to him to get that reaction?

I remember a case where a sherriff's daughter was taking a lie detector for having shaken a child to death. When they got to the question, "did you do it?" she started vomiting uncontrollably. The test was ruled inconclusive.Actually, Yeti I heard that the officer said that she passed that test. However, it makes no differance either way as an extreme emotional reponse to the question, "did you hurt _____ in any way?" could NEVER be considered "inconclusive" but almost DAMMING evidence of at the least "knowledge of the crime."
Her dad was head of the sherrif's dept or some other high position for about 10 yrs. Had been retired for 5 or so

Utter sleaze.

RG and Canadian seem to be saying that they should have given it to the MPD or Nancy Grace. Yeti, Yeti, Yeti what part of preliminary hearing and/or speedy trial do you not understand. Remember benchtrial. Newsflash, that all happens - When it gets to court.
It's pretty clear what I was saying.

I'm an old prosecutor and I can't tell you the number of times the cops lied to me to try to buttress their arrest. Remember there isn't anyone in the courtroom interested in a dispassionate search for truth, except maybe the prosecutor himself -- and in a high profile case like this, discount that as well. But the cops are certainly no better than the defense is selecting only evidence that covers them. I disagree. I would hope that the JURY is there in a dispassionate search for the truth. I know I WOULD be. The time to get passionate is AFTER you have heard all the evidence and from that you are now convinced of that truth.

What I was really trying to say was that this indisputable witness and his/her LAWYER should have gone to the PD together to present their evidence. Remember the MPD kept saying that they would like to clear Scott but that they hadn't been able to. I even heard Ted Rowlands say that the task force had chased down thousands of leads but that it always kept coming back to Scott. I wasn't implying that this witness should trot on down to the PD by themselves.!!

Okay, then read my two previous posts to RG, substitute "Canadian" where they say "RG" and please accept my apology.
And everyone else: don't pay any attention to anything I say for the rest of the evening.
