Nice job.
Why don't you just call all blacks stupid dumb and immoral.
You know there are some that overcome their adversities and poverty doesn't = stupidity.
You are insulting a whole race because of one article. Who is the article speaking for? The blacks it speaks of or the agenda being pushed?

Which is why Queen of the Damned from Chappaqua has always considered Edelman to be a mentor and role model.Gawd, I forgot about that! I HOPE she has Edelman write a glowing review of her book.... that'll stop sales!

The rate of poverty has declined amongst black families between 1996 and 2001 roughly 3.5%. That this partisan who obviously has an axe to grind with Republicans took a sliver of the black population and applied a term which is not universally acknowledged ("extreme poverty"), makes this claim highly dubious and at the same, NY Times worthy.

You obviously are one of those people who need to learn how to read.
I included white people too.
My point being, what is the underlying factor that (some) people, white or black, can't work themselves up the economic ladder, out of poverty.
Poor schooling? One can only wonder.
If a kids parent(s) is a dumb-ass, is there a greater or lesser chance that the kid(s) will grow up to be an unemployable dumb-ass too?
Interesting point to ponder.
