Speaking of the ACLU....where the heck are they on this issue? Seems like a Constitutional violation they could sink their teeth into, right? WRONG! It isn't part of there pseudo-socialist agenda. Probably hanging out where the N.O.W. Nazi cows were during the Paula Jones 'scandal' of Clinton's!! LOL!
I believe there are but seeing as how it's a state constitutional amendment it's going to be a lot harder.
