I'm sure they have it. It just would not be listed in that paperwork. They would have had to get a warrent for the car. Since the money was in the trunk, it would be with the car search warrent stuff.

In the meantime NOW, NARAL, PFAW and other groups will file many suits in an attempt to argue that murdering Conner Peterson wasn't murder at all, but simply a private decision between a woman and her murderer.

Lee Peterson is adding to his framing theory. He is saying the arrest of Scott is also political because the Attorney General is running for governor.

UPDATE

The prosecutor just finished an interview on fox..and said the court made a mistake when it released documents to the media. The court should NOT have attached the document that says police think the crime occurred in the house. That document if I heard correctly was part of the warrant
