Yeah, they were behind him until that came out. Also, the selling of her vehicle didn't help either. His whole attitude has been as if she never existed.

Don't really know if he murdered his wife and child. However, Scott did have motive (affair/financial difficulties/insurance), method (strong man) and opportunity (no one to verify his fishing expedition/bodies found 2 miles from his "fishing expedition). It's not uncommon for a man or woman with less motives to murder their spouses.

Scott has never shown emotion over the death of his wife and child. Remember in the beginning when he wouldn't show up with the volunteers to find Laci? Remember when he wouldn't speak to reporters? He didn't want to be seen on TV.

I also remember the owner of the Red Lion (I think) talking about how Scott was laughing while drinking at a table in the lounge. Remember when he was seen laughing at a candle light vigil for Laci?

Nope, Scott doesn't care about anyone but himself.

Your comment about Susan Smith reminded me of that Darlie Routier. After she had killed her two boys and they were buried, her and some friends went to the cemetary with birthday balloons and silly string to 'celebrate' one of the boys' birthday-sicko.

Read in another story that Scott requested they cut his hair in jail!

I believe there was a woman's body reported north of there last Jan., but she wasn't pregnant. And when the police were starting the DNA tests, they commented that there were no other known missing pregnant women around there, so they strongly felt that the infant boy and the woman's torso were Lacie and Conner.

If Laci had been my wife, I would be a wreck. I could not go to work, laugh, or go jogging, or anything. I would be out trying to pound more of a beat than the cops. I know that people handle stuff like that in different ways, but to carry on as if nothing had happened is monstrous.
