Amber Frey per Rita per LE will play key role in prosecution. LE says SP did make statements regarding "dead wife" and wanted to be part of Ambers family. Motive established. More statements will be revealed at trial. Amber has NOT heard from SP since she came forward.

His mother also said that Scott had receipts for GAS and FOOD on the way up to the Berkley Marina.

She also said the police have descredited the people who testified that they say Lacy after the 8:30 PM phone call to her mother.

How does she explain her son not at home, waiting for a phone call from the morgue, telling them they have his wife and son on a table.
