Pushing her overboard and claiming it was accidental death might have been a good plan, but when did he intend to do it? To get rid of her AND the baby, he would have had to have done it while she was pregnant, right? Well, she was 8mo. pregnant and he still hadn't taken her fishing or whatever excuse he'd been planning on using (following your train of thought, that is). I mean, what 8mo pregnant woman decides to go fishing/sailing on a little rowboat like that? That's not believable. And it wouldn't be believable if she'd never gone fishing with him before--it would have been out of character and implausible to those who knew her.

Maybe that was his plan, though. The bost was supposed to be a Christmas present. Maybe he figured he could con her into going fishing by saying they just had to try out the new boat??

And of course when she 'accidentally' fell overboard, her feet happened to get tangled in the lines of the spare anchors....

I was just wondering where all the cash was coming from. I mean, if there was some sort of windfall made in selling "The Shack". Perhaps they just sold it and moved to Modesto. I had read that the country club bought back Scott's membership for $25,000 or so. That seems to be an awfully large amount of money for a fertilizer salesman in CenCal, unless the members were paying him some type of premium to get him out of the club. Wouldn't you put that kind of money into a bigger house? Perhaps that was something his parents bought him for putting up with Modesto. I dated a girl from Cal Poly SLO in the mid to late nineties...from the people I met that attended there, it seemed to be the school you applied to when partied your way through SoCal HS, had a 2.50 gpa and could afford, but couldnt get into UCLA, UCSB.. On the other hand, the nice people and serious students I met were from the Central Valley (CA)... students apply there because of their good agricultural programs. (Also of note, a lot of families in the Central Valley will vacation or own summer homes on the Central Coast area...Morrow Bay, Pismo Beach, etc.)

They owned a business in SLO, no property, and sold it or closed it in 2000.

It was especially not believable with Laci, because she got seasick when she boated! The first date she ever had with that creep was to go boating and she was sick. She sure wouldn't have gone out in the winter at 8 months pregnant.

Thanks, MM. You might be right about an already dead body, but I kinda think he had planned it for Christmas Eve, telling her he had bought the "family" a surprise boat for Christmas. I posted a theory about what might have happened on the night of the 23rd on the previous Laci thread, if you're interested. Check it out, if you're not like me, too tired. LOL

Well RG, he's just trying to keep things in perspective, ya know! Thinking ahead about those damn black roots that are about to start showing and he just wouldn't be caught dead in front of the cameras in such a declasse manner. I mean, how low can one go? /sarcasm

We have a sicko in my area who was arrested last week for child pornography. The newspaper also mentioned cannibalism and castrations. It's going to be a really gruesome case. BTW, this man's middle name is, you guessed it, Wayne. He was also the leader of the Ecumenical organization in our community and ministered at a local church.

I think he might be wanting his hair cut to get rid of the 'dyed' hair. It's rather obvious that it was to alter his appearance. He must not realize that his pic with dyed hair has been seen by many already. Just a guess, because his hair isn't that long. Got to be a reason he wants it cut.

Would they make him shave while in jail? He's still look pretty goofy though with dark hair and light eyebrows.
