Didn't she have terminal lung cancer from SMOKING?
Gawd I don't like to wish for people to die normally, but this hag really needs to go already.

"Today's (Wednesday's) vote by the U.S. House of Representatives was shameful. It boggles the mind that any industry, never mind the gun industry, would be given sweeping immunity from citizen lawsuits. Horray for the House!
To: Tolerance Sucks Rocks
What vote was she talking about?
I don't know what was voted on but I am pretty sure I support the house on this one.

Immunity for the gun industry from frivolous lawsuits.
The NRA and the other gun groups have been working on this for a while. If the Senate passes it and the President signs it, it will protect the industry from the lawsuits that have already pushed some gun companies out of business.

Vote on H.R. 1036, which would prevent the antis from suing the gun industry to smithereens.

Americans cherish their right to seek redress from the courts You can't say the Left doesn't have cheek, talking of "rights" all the while pushing a platform that would deny one of the most fundamental in the Constitution.

As far as I know, one company, Navegar, has filed for bankruptcy. I haven't heard of any others sued into bankruptcy or out of business...

This is good. I believe the Sara Bradys of the world will just figure out a way to argue their suits are not frivolous.
Perhaps we also need a overhelming responsibility law. You cant sue someone who has negligible responsibility for the claim. (ie you can't sue the criminal's mother for giving birth.)
