I'm sure the Russians are not happy about the Saddam regime's record keeping. I'll bet that we discover the true extent of the Russians' complicity in Iraq's WMD programs.

I have a notion that the Ba'athist's detailed record keeping will put both the Nazis and the Stasi to shame in several regards...

On the Brit Hume program at the bottom of the hour, Jane Skinner said the Saddams Secret Police files that Russia tried to take out of Iraq via convoy had been found.

I would say that that is unbelievable, but sadly, it is all too believable.

Yup. I'm sure there are plenty of connections between Saddam and the DNC. Everybody who opposed the war opposed it because they had a stake in keeping something secret.

Leventhal's terminology here is faulty, and I wish he would correct it. The truck is not a lab for producing WMD. It's used to handle the already-made chemicals/biologicals on the battlefield and load them into missile warheads just before firing.

That's why character counts above all else. A man of character can't be blackmailed because no one can get any dirt on him. Politicians with dirt that can be exploited are a severe security risk, because they can be bought and forced to work for whomever's got the goods on them instead of for their country. The libs have no conception of this when they claim that what a politician does in private has nothing to do with his job.

Yup, Europe is certainly declining, and Chirac doesn't seem to realize it. Or maybe he does, but the desperate path he took to stem the decline has only accelerated it. The arrogance and absolute stupidity of the man is of epic proportions. Chirac is the stuff of Shakespearean tragedy.
