Oh, don't blame Willie. He was just there to do a birthday concert for the USA Network. He might have had no control over or knowledge of Clinton's appearance, or that of anyone else on the bill, for that matter. Besides, Lyle Lovett was on the show, and he's on record as supporting Bush. I certainly wouldn't want to boycott him, since I just got "The Road To Ensenada" a week ago, and I'm playing it to death.

I think Bin Ladin made our country stronger and greater than any patriot could have. And he did it when he tried to destroy us.
Funny how a Japanese Admiral understood that phenomenon 60 years ago, and yet some people still haven't learned (and probably never will).

He had just flown in from Mexico and went straight to the event.Clintong the drug mule?

I know that Clinton loathed the military. He sold our technology to China and rented the WH for campaign cash. I know there is a long list of dead FOBs. I know Clinton is EVIL.
I wonder what the average American...those guys who work, raise their kids, and watch Joe Millionaire or wrestling...I wonder what they think about a bunch of Republicans booing a former President?
I bet they think the Republicans are asses, and I think its in our own best interest to move on with life, or shut up when the 'rats complain for the millionth time that Gore got more votes in 2000

I wonder what they think about a bunch of Republicans booing a former President? The standard Willie Nelson audience is not composed of republicans, at least not when he plays here in Austin.
But maybe in the conservative bastion of new york things are different.

I bet what happened is the Blixie Chicks stepped on stage right behind Swill (Bill) and that is the cause of the booing....Yeah that's the ticket

The pervert should have said: There were some scattered boos from the back. The boos from the front were actually from those who were booing those who were booing in the back.
Thank you for the post. It made my day.

Good point. What does it mean? Insulated? In denial? Miscalculation?Probably all three. 9-11 caused people to reevaluate the eight years of Clinton, and to reexamine the Clinton persona. There has been a drip, drip, drip erosion on the media facade that obscured what he really was.
For some the realization that Clinton was a horrible president is an epiphany, for others it will take more time, but the conclusion will soon be unavoidable.
