Notice she was posing as a Republican activist. The first report that I heard on this yesterday said that she was passing on classified information to the Republican Party.
Can't remember which network, but I suspect that it was CNN.

The arrests were made after a 13-month FBI investigation that included covert surveillance, interviews and consensual and covert searches. I imagine there was a good deal of consensual searching going on...
