That is a beautiful pic. Mom looks a little tmid ... and given the oppression, tyranny, rape and scurge of Hussein for her entire life ... that is understandable.

May God grant that she and her child will now know peace and security ... and that her duaghter can grow up in it and always remember the land of liberty that gave that blessing to her, and the sacrifice made and price paid for it.

A very nice site. Great pictures, and you took the time to collect and organize them through a coherent navigation scheme.

Think it might be useful to add a section of media quotes that turned out wrong, like these in Quote and Gloat?

Pretty amazing. But the enemy never sleeps and I suspect they're regrouping with plans to blow out of proportion the cost in Iraqi casualties. I think we sould never let ourselves underestimate the diabolical mind of liberal madness.

I've thought about that ... but in the end, decided against it. I didn't want to tarnish the site with their utterings.

I allude to their bias in several places and decided that was enough.

I will be updating the site, particularly in the North as our forces allied with the Kurds, and then the 4th Inf Div come into play to finish this off militarily.
