Ollie North earlier reported that they are east of BAG and finding concentrations of enemy armor and other stuff totally abandoned.

His view was the regular army and RG are dead or quit. And the terrorist left, the thugs, are not even Iraqi. Mostly Syrian, Saudi, Yemen, etc.

Probably not, but it's irrelevant. If someone gives a press pass to a "worried spouse" now and gets away with it, it just opens up the door for someone to hand a press pass to a suicide bomber next time. Letting random, unapproved people into the same room as the Secretary of State during wartime should garner an automatic jail sentence and loss of government press privs for life.
