I found it interesting because I said last night that I didn't think CENTCOM would have admitted firing on the hotel unless we had done it. It never occurred to me that we might have fired on the hotel but not fired that particular shot.

I feel that because Bush, Rummy, Cheney, Rice, et al, decided to buck the system (UN), do what is right, and go after Saddam, that we (The US) dodged a bullet!

If we had let things continue on as they were I'm afraid that our so called allies (Russia, France, Germany) would have sprung a trap that they seem to have been planning for quite a few years. Our enemies didn't think we had it within ourselves or within our leadership to do this in Iraq.

Thank God for the leaders that we have now! G*D bless them and US!
