To answer your "question," most of of us here view civilian casualties as tragic but unavoidable accidents that inevitably occur in war. Conversely, Saddam has tortured, brutalized, and killed his own people, on purpose, for decades. There is no equivalence between the two. The article you posted proves what we already know...war is ugly.

It also proves that Robert Fisk is a myopic imbecile, something of which we are also very much aware. But nice try...
