It's the iris on the camera. When it opens up, more light comes in, when it closes, more light is kept out, just like your eyes.

If we turn the clocks forward can we bomb Bagland an hour before they know it?
Cool thought. Send them to hell an hour early!

The CBS BAg-cam link is back up on
their website. The screen is black but I hear Baghdad so it must be working.

Oh yeah that's right, I forgot that were not even over in Iraq. Were staging this mock war somewhere in the deserts of California.

Personally I think a MOAB would be more dramatic. Sorry buddy, but I have to disagree. A MOAB would put up such a bomb blast, that the elegance of the destruction of the statue of Saddam would be lost in all the carnage.
I think it would just be more elegant for there to be no warning, and all of a sudden the statue of Saddam just disintegrates as it falls into a thud, as amazed drivers go traipsing around the circle, and Ahmed swears profusely.... but that is just me.

what would be very funny is in between these black-outs on the cam is if the statue of Sodum Insane disappeared!!!
To: Tree of Liberty
