My God, My God, why did they ask her dad that question? Did they want to destroy him? B*ASTARDS. Agreed. But, why did he not know? These are simple God-fearing people. They probably don't watch Fox or MSNBC like us. It was pretty obvious that they probably could not afford the airline tickets to Germany. I suppose they felt obligated to say a few words to the media. Unfortunately, the media has no conscience and no respect for the feelings of others. This is the signature of what they have sunken to.

And what's really sick is that reporter probably walks away feeling like he scored the biggest sound bites of the day -- like he made the slam dunk that wins the game at the NBA Championships.AND he scored the last question of the day. Bet his buds were high fiveing him on the way out the door...

She works hard..but I wish she'd speak a little slower, and about a half-octave lower....

Just remember that Rita totally misread the Supremes decision on Bush-Gore she damn near gave the country a heart attack that night...

CNN said Jessica's dog tags were found in a Baath party members home today by our military. They held them up to the camera after getting permission from our military.

Mr Byrd has come to that realization

Rita's source(s) are Chief Moose, and judging by the number of white vehicles in Iraq, I think he might be on to something:)

Yes, I was having palpitations when she was standing on the steps trying to read us the decision. Man, did she blow that one big time.

If you want this thread to be about John Kerry and his wacky wife, go ahead, although I think this thread is about the war effort and you could start a separate thread on who donated the plane to the family of Pfc. Jessica Lynch and its political implications. Be my guest.

Let me know when you see a White Bronco on the BAGCAM....might be OJ and Al Cowans looking for a golf course.....errrr ..the real killer.

These are simple God-fearing people. Indeed. But can someone with knowledge tell me whether or not the Army assigns a liason officer who should have informed them of this BEFORE they appeared before the kennel.

You know, I seriously hope Jessica and her family turn down all movie and book deals.
Why not have them turn the tragedy into something positive? Maybe the Lynch's would give money to the families of her fellow soldiers that were KIA.
I'm going to Portsmouth for about an hour to buy one of those French (oops) Freedom Coffee Presses.
