I've always wanted one of those machines that makes fresh tortillas. Stainless steel. Makes about 12 at once, then tosses them onto a grill. The tortillas are to die for.
Hmmmm. What else. Of course, you would want a very large pizza oven/hearth.
Then there's the walk-in freezer. And 20-foot wide refrigerator with about five doors (don't want that cold air wasting away).
I want at least five Wolfe ovens. Then there's the warmers for your rolls, buns, et cetera.
Gotta have new pots and pans, preferably copper, although copper isn't great for everything.
What's wrong with me? We would have to have a professional ice cream maker.
Oh, I could think of a lot more things if I had the darned $600,000 for a kitchen because I love to cook!
