You raise salient points. I'll try and take them on when I get back up. G'nite, AAE.

Regarding allergies.

Tell me about it my son has been having copious secretions and non stop coughing via his trach for three days.

I have been suctioning a lot.

Hs pm meds have given him some rest too. Sunrise and sunset are the worst.

Baghdad Bob is on CNN right now.. Spinning his lies. Wouldn't it be great if he were captured right now?

Claims they got a F-18, an Apache and a Chinook. That they are pushing us back in Basra.

Taking credit for destroying three tanks now, reiterating the Apache. And another tank.

Wouldn't it be great if he were captured right now?

A double-tap from a silenced H&K right above the glasses would be really cool -- repaint the mural behind him...

Thought I'll have a look at what's being said here, better than getting insulted by the loonies who surf on the Beeb's boards.

He just called us villians for taking Jessica Lynch and that they found 10 corpses of American soldiers. Don't understand his point.

"It's not only the corpses of the soldiers. They did not tell the families of the people who were killed of their fate." We are hiding to the families. Ummmm, DNA tests are being conducted.

I think Baghdad Bob has taken over. Whoever was in charge probably bugged out a few hours ago when it became obvious that the RG wouldn't hold. As Saddam's most loyal supporter, Bob is the natural choice for this difficult phase.

George W. Bush Inaugural Address {EXCERPT]
January 20, 2001

After the Declaration of Independence was signed, Virginia statesman John Page wrote to Thomas Jefferson: ``We know the race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong. Do you not think an angel rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm?''

Much time has passed since Jefferson arrived for his inauguration. The years and changes accumulate. But the themes of this day he would know: our nation's grand story of courage and its simple dream of dignity.

We are not this story's author, who fills time and eternity with his purpose. Yet his purpose is achieved in our duty, and our duty is fulfilled in service to one another.

Never tiring, never yielding, never finishing, we renew that purpose today, to make our country more just and generous, to affirm the dignity of our lives and every life.

This work continues. This story goes on. And an angel still rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm.

I don't think it's possible to take on North Korea militarily without terrible losses, in South Korea if nowhere else.

They're the toughest problem we face now, but there does seem to be something of a plan.
