bet columbia gets a ton of federal money, both inresearch grants and in student financial aid.
bet if we cut them all off, columbia would get the message.

he also praised Asan Akbar, the army sergeant who rolled several grenades into an officers' tent in Kuwait two weeks ago in the first "fragging" incident since Vietnam.I hadn't heard this. Unbelievable.

Cut them off if they get a thin dime from federal tax dollars.
Biggest play is to hit them with alumni closing their checkbooks. Problem is, some if not most of Columbia's alumni are probably Bush haters.

A better solution would be for Columbia alumni to stop making donations and send their kids elsewhere.

Thank you JD Hayworth.
That's my Representative folks! I'm proud to say that. JD is dynamic and does the right thing 99% of the time.

I met J.D. back at N.C. State in the late 70's. He hasn't done too bad for himself, for a football jock.

Maybe when he said he wanted a million Mogadishus, he meant he wanted a million more successful operations...? Recall that the Delta operators accomplished their mission there.
I work development myself, and am QUITE sure Columbia is going to take a big bite in donations this year.

Free speech notwithstanding, De Genova has the judgment of a gerbil. No, wait, I have had more prudent and responsible gerbils living in my household. Anyway, my point is that the guy doesn't have good enough judgment to be teaching at an institution of higher learning. He is seriously unbalanced and out of control. For that reason alone, he should be sent packing.

Need any help getting your head out of there?

Yeah, but they're probably not employed, so they aren't really contributing anyway.

Maybe when he said he wanted a million Mogadishus, he meant he wanted a million more successful operations...? I really don't think so, taken in the context of his other statements.

Here's the way to really put the heat on Columbia to do the right thing,
and sack this commie from their staff.
A determined reporter needs to ask the president of Columbia
if the university stands by the views of their professor who wished
that, rather than make it home alive, Jessica Lynch should have
suffered one of a "million Mogadishus".
Do they agree that she should have been murdered,
then dragged through the streets of Basra?
Put a face to the soldiers that Mr. DeGenerate wished such a fate to.
