I wish I had a dollar for every time someone said that permanent member states can't be the secretary general, with no sourcing whatsoever. I have not seen a Clinton wants to be King of the world thread in awhile--to correct this.

I didn't scan the section for "organs", I admit...it didn't seem germane. I still have not been able to find where it says the S-G's term shall be four years, yet they are.
There have to be more rules somewhere, but I struck out looking for them.
Oh, well...
