CheneyChick got the one I was thinking of in post #16. I remembered the colors a bit wrong, but that's it.

She is brilliant and haven't we all made a fashion faux pas? I remember those geek glasses in college ala Ashley Banfield.
Sorry for all the French talk! ;)

The people complaining about this have far too much time on their hands and way too little sense of priority.

I begin to see it.
Eh, maybe she's a fan of Bauhaus.
To: Pokey78
I was very surprised the first time I saw her..She had on a blazer that was made from huge patches of brightly colored fabric ..not only was it ugly it was inappropriate.
If I saw it at a resort I would just think it was a woman of no taste..seeing it in a business setting (let alone on TV) told me she lacked business sense too.
She is representing the military not Human services..someone need to buy her a navy blazer and a grey one so she can at least look serious

Perhaps she is color-blind? She's one smart cookie no matter what she wears.

Is this all they could find to criticize? Must be a slow news day.

Has anyone else noted how the leftists
SCREAM BLOODY MURDER about how women should never be judged by their sex, but then the leftists are the first to go for the fashion or "looks" hatchet jobs?
Remember Florida, and the makeup comments? Or everything ever said about Linda Tripp?
Makes you wonder, doesn't it.

Old Crusty. This refers to the name given to Hitlery's black pantsuit. It became her uniform. Her favorite blouse seemed to be the peach one , but we also saw other variations. She wore that thing so much that it became known as the old crusty black pantsuit. Hope this helps.

I agree...... she is representing more than her own terrible fashion sence here and should'nt be allowed to run amuck.
That multi-colored thing she was wearing was to distracting.
I couldn't even hear what she was saying over the voices in my head wondering what the heck was that thing she was wearing and wondering if she dropped some acid when she bought it.

Hey style is atrocious, reaching the point of so bad it makes me wonder if she has a mental problem of some kind.
When you have a highly public function, you must be aware of your appearance. And those jackets scream "cuckoo"
To: CheneyChick
You forgot the tiny cardigan sweater knotted around her fat neck.

1. If she is color-blind, then she doesn't really know how bright and colorful her outfits. Lots of men are color-blind as well. We just don't pull up pant legs to see if there are blue/black, black/gray mismatches on a daily basis.
2. If she was a man, the same attention would not be paid to his attire, no matter what the topic.
I wish certain journalists had something better to occupy their time, like WRITE ABOUT THE WAR AND ITS TACTICAL, STRATEGIC, OVERWHELMING SUCCESSES.

Victoria Clark is doing a fantastic job, doing her job.
Great job Special Forces, you are our (silent) heroes!
Welcome back, PFC Jessica Lynch! Tell us your story!
Please don't let this thread go on for very long, as we could really use the bandwidth to share more important stuff. (No offense, Pokey!)
To: annyokie
I have absolutely no problem with her.
