Saddam Urges Iraqis in TV Message to Hit Invaders

I think the US should just issue a press release stating the Government of the United States is now fairly confident Saddam Hussein is DEAD.

Get it out in the Arabic world.

State that the only way this could be dispelled would be a live broadcast of Saddam, referencing something specific about that day.

If there were no Saddam appearing, then he would be proclaimed dead from the first few days' Bomb Bings.

Knowing somewhat the Arab penchant for defending honor, they would have to say SOMETHING in response; but it would only be an old video of Saddam, or another 'spokesman'. The whole world would come to suspect it. That is what will give strength to the Iraqi people to come forward and rise up.
