Ticket sales were down 20 percent from last weekend and 24 percent from the same weekend a year ago. Can't imagine why!

No surpise here. The leftist Hollywood idiots won't be able to figure out why either.

Oh well. Hollywierd loses out to the real world.
BTW. What did you think of Sci-fi's COD?
To: William Creel
I think it is that real life HEROES are more interesting to watch.
To: Paul Atreides
You think they'll figure it out??????????????

I went and saw The Core, it was pretty lame. At least I waited for the $4.25 matinee price.

I liked it. I held my nose during the Saranwrap scenes, but at least she got double-crossed at the end.

Message on the signboard of a church near my house...'Hollywood is for Satan'.
To: Paul Atreides
I thought it was pretty cool.
Looks like they're settin' up for God Emporer.
That would be something.
To: Paul Atreides
Gee, its sure easier to just not go to the movies, rather than figure out if some US-haters will profit, if you do.

Somehow the Oscar show didn't boost ticket sales as planned. What could possibly have happened on that show that may have soured things?

I went and saw The Core, it was pretty lame. At least I waited for the $4.25 matinee price. That's what I like about my lifetime pass; I can walk out of anything and the most it'll cost me is the popcorn. Which I can take with me for snax later on.
Except for Moulin Rouge - I think I threw the whole bag at the screen before walking out at the 45 minute point.

Just wait til Susan Sarandon's next flick. It was on last week on the Sci-Fi Channel. I skipped it, even though I loved the books. The Children of Dune. I skipped it only because of Sarandon. I know others that skipped it because of her too.
