GREAT RALLY!!!!! My kid-o's were too hot and tired to stay the whole time..we had to leave early, but we really had a good time. The kids enjoyed waving the flags, and signs & yelling "SUPPORT THE TROOPS!!!" at the passing cars. They are all pooped, but asking when we get to do it again!

Sunday 3/30 was my 1st rally at VCGC. Lookin forward to being an active supporter. There will be another rally at the Naval base in Port Hueneme Saturday 4/5 at 11:30. Great location. Very busy intersection.

WELCOME TO FREE REPUBLIC! How long have you been "lurking" or did you just plunge right in? I just sent out a bunch of e-mails pertaining to the rally so I hope I have your e-mail address. If I don't and you want to be included, freepmail me. Also, we have a Ventura County Chapter of freepers so let me know if you want to be involved with that. Our first gig was putting together the rally on the 23rd with another rally on the 30th. There's about a dozen of us in the chapter and we all met for the first time at the rally of the 23rd. We aren't planning on having physical meetings - just online stuff.
By the way, there are a couple of new threads on the rally - one has some great pics and one just has some post rally comments. Do a search on Hoppity and on Rabid Rebublican!

Right on and welcome aboard!! I'm putting you on my "ping" list which is used when you want to give somebody a heads up about something. We are beginning to plan for our next big "freeper" rally at the Government Center on April 27th so I hope you two (and your big banner) can be there!

ALRIGHT!!! Cam Supporter!!! The rally is on the corner of Channel Islands and Ventura Rd. Hope to see you there! If anyone needs a flyer let me now. Pass them out, get them posted in businesses, and email them to everyone you know! LOL At the same time remind everyone about the ongoing Rally in Ventura on Sundays!
