So my question is simple: Did Wolf really get on Rummy's case about anything at all?I wouldn't say "get on his case", but he did try to portray the prisoners on tape thing in a weird way, IMO. CedarDave was watching and maybe he can say if he would characterize it as such.
Naturally, whatever he was asked, Rumsfeld handled superbly and emphasized the end of this conflict is already written--we will prevail. The DU(h)ers may be distressed over this, but we and the innocent Iraqi citizens will rejoice when that is achieved.

FOX confirming that Russia not only sold jamming equipment to Iraq but they have peopel there instructing them how to use it, per Tony Snow

Iraqi soldiers will be sorry they did that. Thanks for the link; I hadn't been successful finding images. This proves they are rapid animals in desperate need of euthanasia.

This is serious stuff. Remember well those in this country who still stand in support of Saddam and his war-criminal forces at a time when these brave young Americans are going through hell.

As recently as Monday of last week... and Kuwait gave that info to us...
Putin is an idiot... Any good relation he had with Bush has ended...

Thanks. Natch, I don't accept someone's second hand report of what Paula Zahn said as proof.

...that darkness is the reason we are there. If we run or shrink from it (either literally or figuratively) because the evil has manifest itself yet again with our own soldiers in its crosshairs this time then the brave men who died at the hands of these barbarians will have died in vain. Bump, bump, and bump.

Ok, we all want to be good humanitarians, but now is the time to take off the gloves. Our first responsibility is to the American people and our troops, not the Iraqi people. And besides the Iraqi armed forces are not civilians and should not be treated as such.

I just saw a video clip of the executed soldiers. Yes they were executed, all shot in the head. I demand the elimination of Tikrit right now. We should wait till Saddam uses WMD. Then nuke Tikrit. We always said we might retaliate against the use of chemical or biological weapons with nuclear weapons.

We are not surprised are we? We all knew there was a reason that places like France and Russia would not even consider a war, no matter how much Saddam violated the agreements. I know many freepers suspected it's because those countries were helping Saddam violate UN resolutions. If this discovery does not make the UN even MORE irrelavent.

Just popped over to another thread and someone mentioned protesting at the Oscars.
I would love to see a huge crowd surround the Kodak theater protesting so loudly in support of our troops and our President that when they say, "and the Oscar goes to..." all you can hear are the ralliers outside!
I agree about Russia. I've always thought all these countries against us are doing so because they have something to hide.
To: valleygal
I heard that too. I have no doubt that many revelations will show that those who tried to stop us at the UN were and are involved in supplying Iraq with many weapons and equipment which are only meant for war.

Way-out theory:
What if these so-called prisoners of war were really some of those peacenik human shields dressed up in US military uniforms (they'd go along with this) then beaten and shot (they wouldn't like this so much).

It troubles me that the 1st and 4th (?) are still not in place......those tanks would help this drive north. In aproximately 2 days the first of the ships for the 4th ID will arrive in Kuwait. Their ships with material have gone through the Suez Canal to the Red Sea.
