Only a government can be violent, or someone acting to further governmental violence. Violence occurs in many forms: physical, economic, social, psychological, and environmental, for example. But any act against capitalist violence by definition cannot be violent--and stabbing Jews (who back the state of Israel or at least symbolize it)--therefore cannot be a violent act. Non-state actors who act to back state violence (such as pro-war demonstrators) are by definition violent. So it is worse to wave an American flag than to stab a Jewish boy.

According to the Jewish Agency, Anti-American demonstrators attacked and wounded two young boys Saturday. The boys were participating in an educational activity of the Hashomer Hatsa'ir youth movement, taking place nearby.

Isn't it funny how all the Democrat politicians suddenly find out they're "Jewish" right before an election, but now - because of war - they're "peaceful Christians" who know the Bible better than those who've studied it all their lives?
