I feel a lot safer with the ranchers protecting the borders than the state.

Oops, forgot, the state ISN'T protecting our borders, nevermind.

Nethercott Moved To Maximum Security Prison!

Ranch Rescue

- Casey Nethercott Moved to Maximum Security Prison -

Casey has been moved again - this time from Solitary Confinement in Falfurrias to a Maximum Security Prison. We are trying to find out the exact name, but it is something like "Star Center". This is at least the 4th move in just over two weeks. At one point, he was in a jail in San Antonio, some 4 hours away from Jim Hogg County where the ordeal began.

He is in a cell with a mattress on the floor on the same block as death row. Please note: He is not on death row, but on the same block as death row. Casey gets a 5 min. phone call but other than that, he has NO contact with the outside world, has not been allowed visitors from day one, not even from Religious counsel nor is he permitted a Bible.

Just prior to being transported to his yet undisclosed Maximum Security Prison, Casey was interrogated by "officers" that he has never seen before. None of them were wearing identification badges, insignias or name tags. He was interrogated at great length. Upon transport, as well as being handcuffed and shackled, Casey had a bag placed over his head. Upon arrival at his new location of incarceration, Casey noted that at the end of his cell row, on the far wall, hangs a large Mexican Flag

Casey Nethercott suffers from a pancreatic disorder yet his insulin has been taken away from him...again! He has about three days before the lack of insulin starts to kill him. You may recall that this was also denied him during the first 48 hours of his incarceration which resulted in bleeding from the mouth and Casey had to be hospitalized for several days.

A minister was enroute to Falfurrias to demand a visit with Casey Nethercott and host a live radio broadcast outside the prison if the request was denied (which we knew it would be).

This might possibly explain the reason for the sudden move to an undisclosed Maximum Security Prison.

Will keep you apprised of the details as we have them, but we need to find out for certain exactly where Casey has been taken and we need to bring this abuse to the attention of the public!

The results of the secretly held Grand Jury Indictment are not forth-coming. Ranch Rescue is being turned away and given the typical bureaucratic run-around each time any of us attempt to obtain this info which is a matter of PUBLIC RECORD! We cannot even get one state's Superior Court to work with another in obtaining these results for us. The lawyers have networked with one another to shut down the flow of information and Habeas Corpus has been denied as well.

All this, despite the documented, written testimony and filmed coverage of the events from beginning to end as they unfolded during the onset of OP FALCON by the visiting French Journalist, Eric Boye

(review at: http://www.patriotvocals.info/RRMembersOPHAWKJailedJournalistTestimony.htm

With great cause, we have dubbed the corrupt Sherrif, the dirty DA and the Texas Ranger operating in Jim Hogg County: "The Texas Taliban"...apparently this moniker will be extended to include yet many more before this saga ends for it is apparent that these trumped up charges (which are now up to 4) are meant to shut Ranch Rescue down because its VOLUNTEER CIVILIAN members are doing what the PAID SPECIALIZED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES CANNOT OR WILL NOT DO!

At this time, Casey Nethercott is still sitting in jail. He has been moved again to Star City. It only took a few hours to find him this time around. He is being treated somewhat better but now he is being pressured to bring false witness against Jack Foote, founder and spokesman for Ranch Rescue.

Seems like the entire law enforcement community in Texas is on the take of the Mex Mafia. The DA doesn't even return calls to an attorney. We have a writ in the works demanding that their "evidence" and witnesses be shown. The DA and judge are ignoring it. We will have to force the issue in a higher court, providing there is an honest court in the state of Texas.

There is a Mex flag hanging in the hallway of the cellblock where Casey is being held. The guards laugh at his predicament. The insinuation is that if Casey gives false testimony against Jack, he will be freed.

On the other hand, Hank was released with NO COURT DATE GIVEN!

We're still accepting donations for Casey's defense at www.ranchrescue.com

Operation Falcon - Jim Hogg County, Texas
Phase 2 begins 26 April 2003
200 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED !

THIS IS THE OP/MISSION THAT WAS ABORTED DUE TO THE ERRONEOUS INCARCERATION OF HANK CONNER AND CASEY NETHERCOTT.

RANCH RESCUE WILL NOT CEASE ITS RIGHTEOUS DUITES TO HELP OUR NEIGHBORS ALONG THE BORDER!

This effort will assist a Texas landowner with repairing private property that has been damaged and destroyed by hordes of criminal trespassers over the past four years. He sees 100-500 criminals on his private property every week, some of them armed.

Ouch. Hadn't thought about that angle, I was just looking at the validity of their detention and search under Texas law.

Nope. But what he did post shows that if two people are assisting each other to enter the country illegally, both are committing a felony.

Moreover, they're also conspiring to commit a felony, which is itself a felony.

And both Ranch Rescue folks committed that felony. I guess they are lucky they don't get charged with those crimes.

Another thing the Ranch Rescue folks don't want you to know is that Nethercott is a convicted felon and seems to want nothing to do with Ranch Rescue.

Volunteer denies assault

Why did your French photojournalist not take any photos?

What good is a photojournalist without a camera?

Nope.

The Border Patrol releases all their catches into a foreign country. Usually Mexico.

With no offical record and they come back in as soon as the car leaves..

With no offical record

Wrong.

Each one has a record.

and they come back in as soon as the car leaves.

That's a White House deficiency, not a Border Patrol deficiency.

It depends on their actions and knowledge.

Yea you know their "actions" They give them Offical drivers licenses and let them walk out and return to the community , and bank accounts and then let them walks out into the community.and BTW EVERY EMPLOYER of an illegal is also guilty of breaking this law..they release them back into the community at the end of every day..

All Texas officals should be jailed for voting to accept the Mexican ID's as legal..thus failing to see to the return of the illegal to another country

I would say that IF they decide to send these men to trial they had best build some new cells for all the government and white collar folks too

Heck we may need a Presidential suite
