The only out for the rats on this issue is to end the filibuster today, vote in Estrada, confirm him and hope the war covers up their obstruction.

Why doesn't Frist make these guys show their true colors by making them lie 24/7 blocking a VOTE. Wasn't that their cry in Florida, that people did not get to VOTE?! Now here they are, BLOCKING a vote for a minority, disabled man....snakes!

There was anrticle in todays WSJ on the Op-Ed section, regarding that it's not on OpinionJounal.com, but it made some intersting points about the Constituional Invalidity of some of the Senate rules, including precedent cites from Previous SCOTUS rulings.
