I keep waiting for an e-mail and checking the web site for the petition but nothing yet. I thought today was the last day that the Sec. of State had to certify it.

Something tells me that if California had been a closer race in 2002..Gray Davis would have either stepped down like Torreceli...or stepped out like Wellstone.

I think America should have a "Bowel Movement". That should get rid of all the demon-rats.

Yes but you would still have the smell. Maybe a courtesy flush is in order.

Democrats such as [Lieutenant Governor] Cruz Bustamante and [Attorney General] Bill Lockyer, and [State Treasurer] Phil Angelides would be pretty uncomfortable [putting their names on the ballot],h said Steel. Is Gary Conduit available to give the Democrats another choice? Last I heard, he was looking for work.

If they get on, voters will be asked simultaneously to recall Davis and choose his successor. Should a majority vote to remove Davis, continues the Constitution, the candidate who receives the highest number of votes is the successor to the unexpired term of the recalled officer. It will take only 65 signatures to place a candidate on the ballot to replace Davis.Just put Bill Jones on the ballot. A nice warm body, without the baggage of either Bill Simon or Dick Riordan. I didn't support Jones in the primary, but right now, he would be my choice.

"I think America should have a "Bowel Movement"."We already have a running "Vowel Movement," with Davis!!!

Splooge is a combination of Spoo and Googe.
To: SierraWasp
Actually Splooge is what we are going to turn Saddam's rotting corse into.

Thank you. At first, I thought why bother, since the SOB was elected with fully available knowledge of his incompetence, although the deficit flip-flop does raise legitimate questions.
But after watching the Democrats screwing the Constitution over the Estrada nomination, I'm tending to think the hell with this hair splitting.
I've just signed up to deliver these petitions, and since I've worked the precinct, I know which doors to knock on.
