What a great explaination. Thanks. I DO have a preference for Yellow Dogs (Labs) but not the kind referred to in politics. :) Thanks again!

You're thinking foolishly. Indo-Latino culture is especially at odds with the USA's Anglo-Saxon values. Furthermore, one year from now, Estrada will be forgotten by 99 % of Americans. An illegal immigrant . . .

Frankly, your views are bizarre, not that there's anything wrong with that. I agree that Latino culture is more conservative than white culture, generally speaking. Estrada will not be forgotten by ethnic Hondurans, nor Rosario Marin by ethnic Mexicans, nor Mel Martinez by ethnic Cubans. And illegal immigrants don't vote. Putatively, anyway.

Zel Miller is fine right where he is. He's one of the few Bluedog Democrats, which sometimes offset the likes of RINOs like John McCain, Arlen Spectre, William Chaffee, and sometimes Trent Lott, who vote with the left at times.

If he and John Breaux came over to the Repub side of the senate, they might not carry the vote in their respective Democratic voting precincts.

Just my opinion.
