This post is completely idiotic. It brings this whole site into disrepute. For intelligent thoughtful freedom lovers who repsect FR this kind of post makes us look totally ignorant. Here are some of the posts by the user in question:
On thread Surprise! College Kids Can't Write ^Woeful abilities? Guess that comment about "For intelligent thoughtful freedom lovers who repsect FR" wasn't exactly straightforward."Good point about the woeful abilities of so many FR posters. Mind you - petty accuracy is not really the issue. Anyone can have typos. What I worry about is the prospects for all those children who have subject to this current mania for skilling and drilling. This test obsession will do nothing for the ability to think critically about the things that matter. What I worry about is the ability to actually think. We need that ability more than ever before as our freedoms are eroded on a daily basis and our futures are about to exploded in the desert."
Some more:
On thread CBS EXECUTIVES WANT NO 'ANTI-WAR' STATEMENTS DURING GRAMMYS ^Funny how CBS saying that they don't want their microphone used to broadcast partisan peacenik rhetoric (other than on the Evening News, I guess) is denying someone Free Speech. As if Ms. Crow not being allowed to wax peacenik propaganda on sponsor dollars is somehow denying her her rights to freely speak."I disagree about sending kudos to CBS. This is a direct curb on freedom and free speech. I think that we should just not watch the program. Who are these preening, whining over-paid squirts anyway? Why should we think they have anything intelligent to say? (I suppose we will see the same type of tripe at the Oscars too.) Not my idea of music. I won't be watching. Turn the TV off. Let them posture all they want. But let's not silence free speech. Very dangerous."
On thread Is Google too powerful? ^Oh yes, please check out Bushwatch.com. But bring a barf bag. LOL"I recommend Googlewatch for some commentary and watchfulness? Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Applies as much to search engines as to politicians. This -watch is becoming to oversight what -gate used to be to scandals. Does anyone else reguarly check-out Bush Watch? It is but one of the many sites obsessed with finding political clay feet in out president. As if....So much information. So little wisdom."
And so on.
The left sure doesn't like what you are doing. They wanted to have this removed (allegedly because it makes us look bad LOL).
Guess he doesn't really care about your free speech rights. :-D
