To: Alamo-Girl
Thanks Alamo-Girl, I am glad someone saved his old text! The new text is a step in the right direction, and may interfere with your recieving your free lobster dinner. I still wish there would be an apology and a statement denouncing religious discrimination, but the new text may be enough to keep the Justice Department from seeking further action. If this were about race, there would have been a firing.
To: Always Right
Thank you so much for bringing the change to my attention! All along, I was hoping it would be handled by correspondence, rather than by making a federal case out of it. It appears that is what has happened between Texas Tech/Dini and the Department of Justice. I'm now expecting the student to stand down and not file a lawsuit.
I'd much rather it be this way than to feast on lobster on chocolates. Hugs!
