but I won't go into them as most will disagree with me. Please don't be shy like that around here. The worst that can happen is that someone will type at you ; )

does any one have an old phone book to look up Scott and laci's address 3 yrs ago. in Modesto or possibly Tracy..CA
To: alexandria; All
Morning, alexandria. YOU are doing some great investigative work here. I hope someone can help you link the info to these threads, I'm not capable of that :~(
The bait issue has been touched on, briefly. I think that Scott said he dug up some worms? He didn't buy any from the bait shop.
In the interview with Laci's real best friend last night, I wish GRETA had asked her if Laci ever called her from her Cell Phone when she was walking her dog. (Keep in mind that she didn't have her Cell phone with her when she disappeared). The friend said she walked in the afternoon, usually before Oprah. Hope someone helps you out!

This has jogged my memory. Didn't Lee Peterson say earlier on an interview that Scott told him Laci was mopping the kitchen floor not walking the dog?
To: Rusty Roberts
I thought he said he left his cell phone in his truck?

Right, Scott said that, didn't he? He said he left it in his truck so could not call Laci until he was on his way home.
It seems the Peterson family would fare better if they shut up.

"Deep Six" Productions in association with "Gone Fishin'" Studios, presents a Gary Condit film, "Mystery in Modesto" starring Sandra Bullock as Laci Peterson, George Clooney as Scott Peterson, and Jack Nicholson as the Modesto Police Chief. Guest appearance by Hillary Clinton as the the psychic detective, Vinessa Foster, who attempts to solve the murder. Musical score by Paul Shanklin. Cameo appearance by Mark Furhman as Judge Lance Ito.

Good one, Doc! LOL.
Can we make Ozzie and Sharon Osbourne Scott's parents?

Can you get that much credit soon after filing bankruptcy? Most young people have to buy newer vehicles on credit. Who would lend them money with their history?

You thought right. Scott said he "forgot" his cell phone in the truck, that's the reason he tried calling her AFTER he was done fishing and got no answer.

ROFL!!!
Be sure and put that little disclaimer at the end of the credits: "No animals were harmed during the making of this film."
Too bad they can't say no humans were harmed!

So thanks to your posts that little nagging feeling in the back of my mind has been uncovered.
Did Scott's dad say he called him "while fishing"? If so, he's just given the lie to Scott's story that he didn't take the cellphone in the boat with him.
To: Rusty Roberts
Another thing, I knew someone that applied for membership to some country club and he told me they would run a credit check on him. He wanted me to run one first so he could see his report before they did, so I assume country clubs require you to meet some kind of financial standards.
