I missed seeing this on Fox, but going by freeper reports that Brit reported how Ritter denied it was him, I'm going to guess Fox is *behind* in their reporting and Brit was relying on the very initial response from Ritter, before the picture was revealed and now video (!) of Ritter at the Burger King.
