So,if I am reading you right- (assuming they rule against the U of M) it will take lawsuit after lawsuit,against individual universities that use race as a preferential consideration, to universally end the practice. The SCOTUS won't issue a blanket condemnation against all racial preferences, in one ruling.But,there will now be legal precedent for future cases.And if that is the outcome of this case-wouldn't most universities start to think twice about using race as an admissions factor, to avoid costly lawsuits?

I know Rush is intelligent - and also, "street-smart". His success and growing audience demonstrate that he's doing alot right, no pun intended. My wife's boss has someone tape Rush's show everyday, so whenever he's tied up, he can still hear every word. I have been unable to get excited about listening to Rush. Maybe it's my short attention span;-) And I hate long commercial breaks.

I have not seen the Rush/Hillary pic - but I did hear about them recently running into each other.
