True, but it takes money to buy both. Do you not see that the money that was to be used for antibiotics, water treatment plants, sewage systems, health care and jobs has been squandered by Saddam Hussein on palaces? He is the reason that so many have died. Not the sanctions. The sanctions were done the way they were in order to try and avoid that very scenario.

You stated earlier that we should follow the policies of Washington and Jefferson and affirm the republic and denounce the empire. We did that. The country is called Afghanistan.

You also stated that you had read that the islamists hate the Iraq regime. I have read many more reports with evidence that that is balderdash. Please explain what you think the 707 is doing in the dessert south of Bagdad. Collecting dust? I have read numerous reports that that 707 has been and may still be used to train terrorist how to hijack airplanes. Or did you think they all learned how to hijack from osmosis?
