Well... I only have one thing to say...

WWJRD?
To: Puddleglum
Rosie O'Donnell, Hillary Clinton, and Janet Reno are deep into an orgy, when the heat from all the cottage cheese fat rubbing together sparks a flash fire. Janet's heavy eyebrows and bull-dyke hairdo feed an intense blaze.
Question 1: Who is to blame?
Question 2: What is Hillary's tag line?

"And now for the thoughtful responses..?"Discipline and practice. They are distracting, at first, but it isn't that difficult to pass 'em by. Personally, I like them. Kind of a parting shot, a footnote to the poster's comments, an endnote to the poster's mindset, a last grasp at expression for that moment in time, a commitment to one's thought.... Okay, I'm tired of being thoughtful.

Would you like some cheese to go with your whine?
To: Puddleglum
I agree that they're a bit of a visual distraction, but I've seen so many clever tag lines that I think it's worth it. The net effect is good.

Would you like some cheese to go with your whine? No thanks, your use of that line was plenty cheesy enough!

Since we're listing things that drive us crazy, I've got a few.... (in no particular order)
.... my mother-in law...
.... people who drive slow in the fast lane...
.... the driver who leaves their right turn signal on for 20 miles, and then turns left...
.... liberals of all types...
.... the scrolling ticker at the bottom of cable news channels...
.... did I mention my mother-in-law?

b) The Fridge from Park Ridge
c) Bill Clinton slept here. Once.
d) The tag is still on Ol' Crusty.
e) Don't hate me because I'm beautiful.

(This was going to funny, but there's too much pressure)
To: Puddleglum
I think they're fine, but they appear to be "sticky," i.e., they don't disappear from one post to the next -- you have to actively remove them. I'd sure like it if they could disappear every time....
