No it wasn't. But not like it made a difference. But before you say why I didn't like the call, get to know me. You do not know me, if you did, you know that I rip on officials for calls that go both ways, look at the Vikings Game a couple of weeks ago, no excuse for missing a few of those calls, calls that allowed the Packers to win. I think the officiating this season has been horrible, that call that I am upset about was a perfect example of bad officiating, but bad calls that go for my team irk me, it is inexcusable.
Congrats on your win, the playoffs will be over for the Packers on January 5th (unless they play on the 4th, then it will be over on Saturday). That being said, it will be over for the Jets real quick too, so I find solace in that.

I have nothing kind to say about the thugs that play for the Buccaneers (Warren Sapp). The Only class acts their might be John Lynch, Brad Johnson, and Shaun King (then he isn't good enough to have an attitude).
Seattle comes from behind!

I think the officiating sucks... they blow the whistle before plays are through in effect making a challenge impossible...
I only wanted the Jets because with their win, the Pats and the Dolphins are out... SF can't hardly beat GB in SF let alone in GB...

woo hoo... I HATE shottinheimer...

You're probably an Eagles fan, still in Shock(ey).
Naw...
I did mention that the Giants have to momentum of all the NFC teams. They'll have to do it on the road though. And if the home teams win next week, my Raiders will take care of the Jets.
As of today, SB NY Jets vs. NY Giants, Giants win 34-17.just so you know, I called the Patriots win over the Lambs last year (and not as a lucky guess), I'm on a roll...get me some butter!
Lightning strikes twice for motzman? Time will tell
:P

You did a wonderful job this weekend keeping tabs on all the games as they progressed and the resulting implications for each outcome.......
Thanks!

I understand.
And let me apologize for being so angry and impolite in my prior post to you. I was just a little upset, so if I offended, I apologize. God Bless

Raiders huh? They're pretty good, but don't really have a running game (Garner is versatile and good, a poor man's Tiki Barber..Wheatley, well, stinks) and they don't have a very good secondary (14th in AFC). Their run defense is good, but not unbeatable.
Home field? Not as big of a deal as you would think, the bye is the key.
After seeing the Jets-Raiders game on Monday night a few weeks back, I think the Jets would have a good shot against them, unless the League allows the Raiders to stop the game for 5 minutes and drive a golf cart onto the feild and introduce to the viewing public the remainder of Tim Brown's family.
Jets Raiders could have makings of a classic.
On the other hand, the Giants have, in my opinion, a much better shot than the Jets. Although they have to play an extra game, that extra game will not be an issue if they make it to the SB. You don't get tired in the SB. (unless you're the 1991 Buffalo Bills defensive line in SB XXV) My confidence in the Giants right now comes from the fact that the other NFC playoff teams aren't that great, and NONE of them are "scary" in any way.
Philly? hahahaha.
GB--wouldn't want to play them at Lambeau, but they're not that good
Tampa Bay? They stink. Period...
San Fran? weak defense, T.O. will be covered--not afraid of them.
Atlanta? One and done, guaranteed. They don't play smart--Vick tries too hard, undisciplined.)
The only teams that I wouldn't want to play would be the Raiders or the Jets. The Raiders are scary...as long a Rich Gannon is QB. He's great, and can beat you with his own skill. The Jets? They kicked the crap out of GB, and Pennington is just getting better and better. After they make Indy look silly next week, they'll be taken for real.
BUT, I have an uneasy feeling that an injury to a key player could knock out any team this year.
Should be interesting, indeed.......

Still friends? I hope GB goes all the way if they are your team...
To: Timesink
Timesink, you and I have disagreed about many things in our past on this board. But God Bless Chad Pennington. Now I need to shower up after pulling for both NY teams all weekend.
