That's true... and I like a good mud-slinging word war as well as the next person. But it's at best hubris, and at worst outright lies for him to claim a higher, moral ground and complain about the base nature of 'other posters' on this forum.

So glad you know what's good for the rest of us.

Me:
As soon as an autopsy verifies a cause of thead, the staus will be updated.Should have said: cause of
death *sigh*
You: Apparently the autopsy agreed with the cops that it is a homicide. They must know the cause of death in order to say that.
The autopsy won't be completed for a week. When last I heard, this morning, they didn't have a positive ID yet either.
The truth has seldom stood in the way of a good headline.

Yes. It was a huge scandal and it was all well publlicized. She got into a legal fray with the publisher of the pictures too and went so far as to discuss the entire matter on a national radio show she did and may still do. I think it is worth pointing out that the photos in question were taken when she was in her twenties, when according to her own admission she was an atheist. And I seem to recall reading that she was already separated from her first husband and had filed for divorce.

You mean putting words in other poster's mouths? Eh, that would be you, my friend. How did ican'tbelieveit put words in your mouth? Do you recall what you posted to him in your #142?
To: ican'tbelieveit
Then I suggest you find some cordiality and kindness for another human being who obviously suffered immensely in her life and stop passing judgement on her.
I will if she will.

If you didn't mean to suggest that you felt she was passing judgment on you, then what did you mean?

I certainly do not chose whores or x-whores to be my moral advisors and spiritual leaders. Who do you choose, then?

And I seem to recall reading that she was already separated from her first husband and had filed for divorce. But it is also worth pointing out that the man on the other end of the camera wasn't separated or in the process of getting a divorce, nor does Dr. Laura provide any specifics on whether or not the affair had been going on before the separation and divorce proceedings.

I'm glad you never did anything in your twenties that you later regretted. She's human. I can deal with that. Some here apparently can't.

It is also worth pointing out that maybe this guy was just an aspiring photographer who could not afford to pay a model.
It was the start of Dr. Laura's charity work.

We have all sinned. Most of us just were not photogenic enough where anyone would have wanted to take our picture while we were sinning.
Us homely sinners have less of a hard record to be damned by. My sins are purely anecdotal.

It's not hard to imagine not wanting to be close to the whining hypocrite that calls herself Dr. Laura. The fact that some here like her because she spouts some Conservative opinions that they like is disturbing.
It's how you live not how you talk that should determine opinions about you.

It never ceases to amaze me as to how Tacky some of the Freepers can be.

I listen to Dr. Laura for anywhere from about 10 minutes to an hour or so a day. She does give some good advice, some excellent advice, and the occasional really bad advice IMHO.
What I really can't stand is her CALLERS!!! I only listen until the first idiot caller. Never heard a full show...
