Our case began as a consumer rights' case but somehow or other Planned Parenthood was successful in turning it all around and making it about abortion. PP's lawyers are the best money can buy. Don't get me wrong. Our lawyers are good, too. It ain't over until the fat lady sings. For victory & freedom!!!

I first quoted someone else in my post. My response to that post was:
"You must not be familiar with the American legal system. There is a third choice...an extremely biased judge. How else could you explain forced busing, Roe v Wade, or the recent New Jersey decision to allow Lautenberg on the ballot?"
I am quite sure the judge in this case was some wacky liberal. I hope the prospects for appeal are better.

Ask Saundra the basis of the suit, what her standing was to become a plaintiff, and whether she or the others ever had an abortion or were ever interested in obtaining one.My Mother died of cancer and I have had two bouts with cancer. I honestly want to protect women. I have not had an abortion. The other two plaintiffs had abortions but do not have breast cancer (thank God!). Planned Parenthood just had a field day with us. And the media piled on. However, it's not over yet. For victory & freedom!!!

It is good to see our tax dollars being put to good use:( The Republican controlled Congress better kick these bastards off welfare ASAP! I am quite sick of underwriting the butchery of Planned Parenthood.

I might be a jerk, but it doesn't make me wrong.
Peace out.

I'll put in my 7.70 and 15.40 for the two babies I didn't abort!!!!Stop it, you guys. You're makin' me cry. One of the lawyers at Thomas More told me they were putting together some sort of video to raise money in case we lose. I haven't heard anything recently but I think it's in the works. Stop worrying and have a nice Thanksgiving. Anyway, they can't get blood out of a turnip and I'm a turnip if ever there was one. The other two ladies have homes but I don't think it's going to come to that. For victory & freedom!!!

Ashland, Missouri - I was born in Tebbetts MO. Have you heard of it? In the sticks outside of Jeff City. Went to a one-room school in the woods, too. I swear! Aw, those were the days. For victory & freedom!!

Might I ask what, exactly, the ruling said and what the reasoning was behind determining that Planned Parenthood should NOT have to inclue this information in the interests of informed consent?

I might be a jerk, but it doesn't make me wrong. That is one of the funniest things I have ever heard. Reminds me of this one: Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're still not out to get me. I love it! Happy Thanksgiving!

Gees, smoking related to cancer, tobacco pays up 20 billion. Breast cancer related to abortion? Planned parenthood asks for 20 billion to dare say that.
This is ridiculous. These people simply cannot do that. It is downright intimidation of people who want to do their jobs and research. May G_d help you in your fight.

Might I ask what, exactly, the ruling said and what the reasoning was behind determining that Planned Parenthood should NOT have to inclue this information in the interests of informed consent?Well, it got kind of complicated but here goes. The Judge ruled that we were full of crap and had to pay Planned Parenthood's legal fees. How's that?
To: Saundra Duffy
Was this a bench trial? On what grounds did you lose? I will pray that this will be reversed on appeal. Kudos to you and your friends, Saundra.

Breast cancer related to abortion? We're on the politically incorrect side of the debate. It's like to even suggest that abortion leads to breast cancer is HATE SPEECH! Let's pray that the truth can get out. It's not too late to pray for a miracle. Not only will unborn babies lives be saved but countless women will be spared the death sentence of breast cancer. For victory & freedom!!!

Well, good luck. Let's hope you'll win this one.
