I am aware of the conviction. Now, if you can back up the "plea bargain" story with FACTS, I'll be very impressed.

By facts, I mean no "unnamed sources". BTW, were you aware that Damon said he knew nothing re/ any plea bargain...don't you think pfingst would have informed the victims parents?

O'Reilly has certainly been quiet since it was pretty well established Westerfield wasn't the one offering the plea agreement.
