We can probably ignore all of the bafflegab about who's doing what right or wrong in the intel community. The folks who are complaining either don't know, or they're pissed that their pet ideas aren't being used.

What's interesting here is the subtext: the fact that we're following Al Qaeda chatter means that we know who's talking (and thus where they are), and by extension we we know who they're talking to -- and thus where they are.

When the chatter increases, we can find out where the calls increase most, which shows where the leadership (probably) is, and the people at the pointy end.

And if we follow voices around, we can know travel routes and the location of Al Qaeda cells.

You just know if they're telling us about "non-specific chatter," that they know a hell of a lot more than that.

In one amazing post you have put forth the following contradictory statments:

1. Bush should not focus on a specific dictator.

2. Bush should focus on specific dictators.

3. Focus on Islamic Jihadists.

4. Focus on ALL Moslems.

5. Bush is not fighting the war on terror.

6. Bush is fighting the war on terror, but he's doing it all wrong.

Beyond that, you're assuming that Bush is only doing those things that UPI or AP tells you he's doing -- which is patently not the case.

And despite the fact that he's obviously been after Al Qaeda -- with significant success -- you say he's not.

You need to get out of your Buchananite hole and look around. Things aren't nearly as bad as you make them out to be.

"Way to go dude. Maybe they haven't thought of that one yet!!!"

And maybe thousands of potential victims haven't thought of it yet either.

PS: IF they haven't thought of it yet, it ain't going to happen. In case you haven't noticed, they plan these things out many, many months ahead of time. They also get approval from a central authority.

PPS: I have tickets for my boys to go today at 11 a.m. I certainly won't cower.

Actually, Buchanan is one of the few people on TV that I respect! If Bush is declaring Islam is a religion of peace, and this country "treasurs" Moslems. He could not be as angry as I am. No sir, the only time you see his anger is when he talks about saddam! I could not care less if Saddam lives or dies! He is one of the Arab dictators. We already kicked his butt, and controlling his air, and his purchases to a certain extent. We have more fish to fry!

Lokk for example, what he is doing with the fingerprinting of Arabs coming into this country, he did not include Egypt, and Saudi arabia on the list of countries to be fingerprinted? The stupid politicians and lobbyist got their slimy hands on this INS business. The losers who committed the atrocities of 9/11 were mostly Saudis and Egyptians! These two stinking countries are excluded? Why is that? Because our leaders think that their leaders/dictators are our friends? Get on with the program, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Libya, Egypt, Sudan, Yemen, Pakistan, and Somalia are the worst Moslem fanatics on earth.

Al Qaeda is sitting there thinking that they have no country left for Bush to stomp on...so we need to take certain measures after the next attack.

We start with Saudi Arabia and simply let them know that the relatives of Bin Laden are on a 'to kill' list in 30 days. We don't care what country they go to or what type of defense they want to front. We make it simple....kill your idiot relative or we kill you.

Then we go to Pakistan, and let them know that we are paying hired killers to kill off the Mullahs in the country. We don't care which....it don't really matter. One per week. $50k for each one.

Then we go to our dear friends in Europe and we tell them that we are now going to grab Arab citizens off their streets if we suspect them of aiding in the attack. We will take these people to boats and transport them to a vessel off the coast of the US. A brief legal process will occur where the guy gives us all the info we want, or we execute them on the deck of the vessel. Tell the Europeans that their assistance will help prevent this from happening...otherwise, we don't care a dang about their civil rights.

Bottom line, we don't play the same old game. We make every Muslim question their religion. We simply do not tolerate any further idiotic actions by Ossama.

There is no al-Qaeda. Al-Qaeda is just a loose collective noun for wannabe terrorists recruited by videos paid for by a deceased Saudi millionaire named Osama bin Laden. Most of the wannabe terrorists are nincompoops and fantasists, like "shoe bomber" Richard Reid. Occasionally these losers score a gig with the likes of Saddam, the Taliban, the KLA or Abu-Sayaf. There is an ongoing war with Iraq, Saddam's latest move being the destruction of the WTC and the back up threat to anthrax US cities if we go after him. The "War on Terror" is a polite fiction created to hide the fact that Saddam scored a major coup against the US on 9/11/01 and we are not yet in any position to hit him back. The "chatter" this article talks about doesn't mean sh*t, because Saddam is pulling the strings -- it's his life on the line, and nothing very sophisticated is going to happen without his say so. That's the reality of the situation.

>Harry Potter opens this weekend.  I could not imagine a more horrific set of targets: Cinemas full of children during the opening weekend.

Initially 23 children were killed in a schoolhouse in Italy while celebrating Halloween after an earthquake.  Then the number rose.  23 is the Biblical number of Death.

Harry Potter...Halloween.  G~d really is serious about what He says even though people don't believe Him or the Bible/Torah.  People know not what they worship.  G~d brings judgment on people through children and raises up one's enemies in Judgment.  Read Deut. 28, Lev. 26, and Rev. 2:23.  More here:  #48.  Time to get one's house in order as Judgment comes like the headlights of an oncoming train.
