I think he got a minor fine and community service out of the deal. Claimed he was fine and it was all bogus. Went from, I believe a 0.12 to a 0.079 ninety minutes after his arrest. 0.08 is the limit where he was pinched. Wanted to refuse blowing into the breathalyzer, couldn't perform under stress, I guess.
