Agreed. I doubt that he is a bigot or idiot at all. Can't say for sure don't know the man, have never heard him speak and haven't read a word he has written. But I notice that the bigot and idiot label is usually reserved for outspoken conservatives.

And in this case he is saying nothing but the truth, as anyone who happens to glance through a history book about that area of the world knows.
