Things are going much better, the kids are making friends, my oldest (a sophmore) is getting a job at the local restaurant and I have become politically active here locally.
I met our Congressman and Jerry Kilgore the AG on Saturday at the GOP BBQ.

I like Virginia!

Jim, I know you get pinged so many times to so many different threads and so often a complaint about FR being sluggish, etc (I'm guilty of that, too), but really would love for you to see this if you haven't seen the certificate before. I do want everyone to know that daisyscarlett worked SO VERY HARD on gathering the information and writing this, and I wanted her to be here so badly when we posted it, but unfortunately she was called out of town this week and asked me to go with it as soon as I got the certificate and put it all together.

It isn't the first time that daisy and I have combined our efforts in a single tribute (Diver's comes to mind), and we'll also be doing others together in the future. :)

Daisy and the other host/hostesses are such a joy to work with, and we truly do strive to bring you the very best every day!
