Billie, the reason the certificate came out so well is because jk photographs rather than scans. I don't understand much about resolution, pixels, etc., but I do know we get much better quality copies from his digital camera than from the scanner. In fact, all of our copy and restoration jobs at the studio are copied by digital camera. :-)

BTW, after we copied it, I hand delivered that certificate to Jim at the rally last Friday. Patriciaruth said he should have it rather than returning it to her.

Thanks, eureka! Understand that completely. :) There are many FReepers who might not have been involved in patriciaruth's projects, but have in other ways instead. We haven't even talked about the Guild's care packages yet, which many of us were involved in.
