Did a search for "Truck Driver" and came up empty. I hope I am not double posting this. Sounds like a good guy. Perhaps someone who is good with Reuters can find a link.

I heard him on the radio. I'd like to buy him a beer and say thanks for being a damn good man.

Ever since the TV show "B.J. and the Bear" I have always thought truckers were cool.

Just last Thursday, Lantz had a prayer meeting with approximately 50 other truck drivers to pray for the capture of the sniper.

The unassuming truck driver waited 15 nerve-racking minutes until the authorities arrived. 15 minutes for the most wanted person in the country?!!! And the liberals want me to give up my guns and dial 911! My loathing and hatred of the liberal vermin that infests our country grows by the minute.

He wasn't listening to "those bozos"... he was listening to The Truckin' Bozo, Dale Sommers:
Copied from:
http://www.thebozo.com:
1PM - EDT - 10/24/2002- Listener states that he was listening to Truckin' Bozo and was in the area when he saw the auto with the license plate number that was being aired on our show. He tells us that he called Maryland State Police and even helped block the exit to the rest area when State Police showed up to make the arrest of the suspects in the Maryland Snipings. Story is developing. Stay tuned to WLW Radio for full details or click on the Web access audio link below.

"I pulled in. I'd heard those bozos talking about the description of the car, the make of the car, the model of the car, the license plate number," Lantz told CNN. Is he referring to Moose and Co. as bozos? Hah!
To: Revel
HE truly is a hero, how many would have ignored the car or just been too afraid to stay there & call! He has probably saved many more lives!

I think the priest deserves part of the reward, too. Perhaps it should be shared. They wouldn't have a description without that priest.

Good story.

It would be really great to reward this guy by being extra considerate to truckers when we're out on the road. My brother-in-law drives for "Wally-World" and often complains how difficult it is to make necessary lane changes in heavy traffic, that 4-wheelers often speed up to prevent a truck from getting in front of them.
