The Commonwealth of Virginia does indeed have and implement the death penalty. Next to Texas, I beleive we have executed the most criminls of any state in the union.

Maybe it's Sergio. ("YOU know SERGIO?") Sorry, couldn't resist. LOL

Confirm. Heard the same on FOX from Rita. Bloodhounds traced a scent all the way to the beltway. Video from a Manasass gas station shows white box truck, light colored van gassing up prior to earlier shooting. Just remember, Rita Cosby is the one who was handed the Supreme Court ruling and announced, "Looks like a victory for Al Gore!!!" <*cut to commercial much faster than planned*> ;-)

Fairfax County Police Chief Manger said,
"Ballistic evidence has conclusively linked this case to the other murders in the area."

Virginia has a very active death penalty. Maryland's death penalty is now suspended by a moratorium, thanks to a political gesture by Gov. Glenspending and candidate KKT. And D.C. has no death penalty, thanks to the voters there.

LOL. I am just confirming she said it, not that it is true.
fyi, also reporting the shooter wearing blue sweater and only 30-40 feet away from victim when he fired.

Bloodhounds traced a scent all the way to the beltway. So roadblocks aren't doing a darn thing. Now what?
To: All
Boodhounds following a trail 4-5 miles from the parking lot to the beltway? Hmmmm. Sounds like an old theory might still fit? The shooter goes to site in a vehicle with a bike. He shoots when white vans are leaving the area. He leaves on a bike with the weapon broken down in a backpack.

Just as reported by Rita Crosby on Fox News...
Another image comes to mind of bloodhounds being used in a grassy area adjoining the gas station where the murderer struck last Friday. At the time, the commentator (sorry don't remember which one) wondered about why the bloodhounds were being used in area away from where legal paper with driving directions from Maryland to expressway/VA was found...
To: Peach
Would one of those vehicles fit inside the other?
To: fhillary2
Good. Take the punk to trial in VA.

fyi, also reporting the shooter wearing blue sweater and only 30-40 feet away from victim when he fired. Then maybe what my friend said about the police coming up with a composite sketch of the sniper is true. He was listening to CNN Radio when they announced it. But then again it is CNN.

Just wondering, does the Evil Moderator have an Evil Spock goatee? ;-)

FWIW - Bloodhounds can sometimes follow scent of person even if they get into a vehicle.
To: Kip Lange
**Breaking** that the victim may have been a member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force...uncomfirmed... If true, that means they are conducting surveillance on law enforcement officers working on this case, probably right under their noses.

To the "Rocket Docket"! LOL!
