Just wondering..how would the pot be transported to Nevada with it being landlocked and the waters and airways being controlled by the feds?

VOTERS in Nevada are to decide next month whether to become the first state in the United States to legalise marijuana. Wrong, for a period, Alaska legalized MJ for personal use by adults.

It's a weed---it'll grow anywhere, including Nevada.

goes to show you my ignorance about potThere's no shame in not knowing, only in not knowing and refusing to learn (cf. Dane, Kevin Curry, #3Fan, etc.). There are plenty of FReepers who'd be glad to tell you everything you want to know. Just ask!

If the Tenth Amendment were still in effect, Nevada would get away with this.

Nevada deserves a new state motto --
THE LAST FREE STATE

Who's "getting away" with what depends on which side of 1937 your copy of the Constitution is from.

>>>It's a weed---it'll grow anywhere, including Nevada. Before you begin planning a move to Nevada, I'd wait to see the final election results.

It will not matter what the voters say. The feds will strike down and pot laws they do not like in federal court.
They will never allow pot to be legal. They cannot control people growing it and not taxing it.
it is not like alcohol or tabbaco. Pot grows with little effort. Anyone and everyone can grow it.

AZ has a similar measure on the coming ballot, though for 2 ounces instead of 3.

Anyone and everyone can grow it.Not the guy I just bought from, unfortunately! Great seeds were used but the plants got frost bit and the greedy bastard didn't cure it long enough. It still works, but it has a dirty buzz and tastes like hay.
